Almost all the guys are in camp by now so i'll post since i'm the stay out guy.

My posting is an 8 to 5:30 job. The place feels more like a normal business office rather than an army unit, not so particular about discipline and all that spit and polish stuff, like don't have to kiwi boots and can be quite informal with the officers, don't have to salute them.

I think it's pretty good exposure to what an admin job is like. The workload's pretty light since i'm new, but it'll only get busier as the bosses start to notice my presence. Getting arrowed to do stuff already.

Here's a rough compilation of what the other guys are up to (to the best of my knowledge):

Jermaine: BMT.
Jiacai: School of Infantry Specialists (SISPEC) training to be sergeant Cho.
Zhiyuan: ??? Haven't been able to contact the guy, anyone knows can update.

Gopal:??? Said he's signed as a regular the last time we met to get results, don't know how that worked out.
Allen: SISPEC training to be sergeant Ng.
Jian Hua: Armour. Sigh... other people get the cool jobs...
Edwin: Some high-tech artillery unit with all the smart people. Don't know why he's there.=P
Apparently what they do is study the whole day.

Yi Yeung:???, but air rifle one wait xiao xiao become sniper.

That's all i know, the people themselves or anyone who knows can fill in the ???s.

Today went for essay test at NUS, met lots of people like allen, meiyun (back from Aus), mindy, huising, karen, sec school friends and army buddies. Like reunion like that, really enjoyed meeting up.

Waited for bus out of NUS with huising and mindy. Wait long long no bus so huising say it's bcos our eight characters clash so stand at same bus stop the bus won't come. Quite rare to hear the lady joke, tomorrow i think will rain. =)

Anyway, fast forward a bit, conned Kuku BaO out for dinner and movie with allen's help. A pity that allen had to book in at 8pm and couldn't join. Watched Infection. Story takes place in a creepy hospital with green goo bursting out of the doctors and nurses.

The guy beside me was much scarrier than the movie, which was, by the way, not really scary. Very hard to describe, ask him out to watch horror movies and see for yourselves.

Long post today since the last one was slighly over a month ago. I check the site almost everyday for updates (sometimes in the office, shows i'm bored, right?). Just didn't feel like replying to my own posts.=)

Main thing is that it's only the same small bunch of people who are updating, not even sure if everyone knows about the blog. Me thinks this place needs a bit more publicity to be a little livelier.
