Sunday, February 26, 2006 A bit less than 4 km each time, 3 or 4 times a week. Go in evenings so won't get sunburn. If it rains then i go stair climbing... run up my 13 storey block then take the lift down, 10-12 laps. If want to lose weight then don't care about distance, just aim for longer duration. Body will dephosphorylate creatine for ATP first (i think, haven't mug yet), then use up the glycogen stores before utilising fatty acids. So must run for >20 min before the body starts to burn fats. The other way is to put the body in starvation mode by not eating... get hypoglycaemic, less insulin produced, decreased fat storage, increased fatty acid utilisation, increased protein breakdown, muscle wastage, metabolic acidosis...... Train 2.4 is different story, that kind of pacing not intense enough to achieve fast cardiovascular improvement... on top of that it's too slow already...sure fail one... haha... i suppose to take ippt every year during disruption... but nobody else taking leh... then people tell me don't volunteer for test... wait remind army of our existance... spoil market lah... sabo them need to take too. Maybe got mindef people read our class blog then i die already. haha...=) so u started running? no wonder la... how much and how long u ran? Thursday, February 23, 2006 Not deliberately lose one... side effect of a healthy lifestyle... or stress... i dunno. Aiyah... can't be stress lah... i relax one. =) i think my 2.4 timing got improve from 16min... maybe now abt 14min... haha... Only have 4 days of school left before i complete year 1... only studied 20 odd weeks for 1 school year... cheat my money... But can promote or not still dunno... CA2 in 10 days... 1st professional exams in a few weeks (?)... haven't study... haha... a bit too relax already... never mind... can pass good enough... scared cannot pass only... then go re-exam... 3 month holiday burn... Fun, right? Thursday, February 16, 2006 hey guys.... u know gwee lost so much weight??!! agrh. how unfair! *jealous* wads the secret!! tell me leh.. dun tell me by walking from buona vista to NUS every morning made u lose weight?? anyway... happy post-vday to you guys! hope u guys had a wonderful vday! *hug* i am totally swimming in lots of work... take care guys! mQ deprieved childhood haha. i just tink that the song or rhyme is very cute.小猪猪,胖嘟嘟。 ya, i nv heard of it in my childhood days. i guess i haf a deprieved childhood, missing such a cute song in my childhood days. sob. btw, i was just informing kuku master abt my new haircut. i nv scold u! u say it as if i m such a meanie. anyway, this blog is like dead! ppl pls update k. o3S12 rox. take care peeps. ps. if u cant see the gibberish chinese words, just change ur encoding to unicode.
