Ha.
i'm back.
Once again, the lack of mental stimulation during my mountain-top retreat has resulted in a few more lame jokes. Here's a preview.
Q : 牛魔王得了什么病？
A : Pneumonia (牛魔-nia）
How's that?
The rest of them are poker/daidi jokes with rather obscure references. No chance anyone will get the joke. Anyway, the answer's Fullhouse. Might be Four-of-a-Kind, depending on how the cards are read.
The trip, minus the exciting bits, was rather unexciting. Eat, sleep, shout like Tarzan of the Apes, i.e. "O-E-O-E-OOOO!!!!" as and when i feel like it. None of the resident monkeys came when i called.
The exciting bits.
Had to attend to a dog bite the moment i got out of the taxi. Not really a bite, more like a playful nibble of sorts. Just disinfected it, there's not even any bleeding to stop. Sian... The guy refused to get a rabies shot, although i don't think it's necessary anyway. Just for the satisfaction of saying "Told you so!" in the unlikely event of infection.
Got woken up from my afternoon nap one fine evening to deal with a case of nausea/fainting. They didn't really need me either, the fella just threw up all over the floor and declared herself all okay. The whole thing was over before i could think of all the differrentials for food poisoning.
Moral of the story:
Don't scream for me, i don't know shit either.
Yet.
Oh, and another tree fell down. Not on my roof this time though. The mountain doesn't like me, i tell you. Every time i go back a tree falls down.
Lastly, some housekeeping matters.

亏某人还是华校生呢。有机会多活动活动脑筋不好吗？
最近刚安装了视窗中文配套，觉得挺新鲜的。之前都只用汉语拼音不是读得更辛苦吗？拼音唯一的好处是不怕错别字。哈哈。。。
今早到竹脚医院的儿童癌症中心走了一趟。有点那个那个，也说不上来。也没呆多久，才逛了逛就得赶回国大上课。
说说开心的事吧。昨天才发现一个幼稚园同学原来也在国大修医科哟！这一年来完全没有察觉，是那家伙翻阅旧照片时发现的。竟然相隔十五年后又聚在一起，太巧了吧。到现在还觉得有点不可思议。这世界真奇妙。
下周要回柔佛住几天，整理一下心情，充充电。恐怕没法亲自给寿星婆祝寿，对不住了。
24日的确是个好日子，玩得开心点。
大家都一样，快乐最重要。=）
p.s. 帝泽似乎成了失踪人口，手机联络不上。谁有他的消息吗？

huh? 有人生日？搞错了吧？我们当中有9月24出世的吗？
Maybe... just maybe... by sheer chance (p>0.05)... we'll all show up at the same place and time that weekend。
And someone will happen to have some flour and egg derivative, 2 combustible hydrocarbon cylinders and a flame-emitting ignition device . (Must remember the flame-emitting ignition device this time. We always forget the flame-emitting ignition device.)
And we might all (coincidentally, of course) simultaneously produce air particle oscillations that, because of the way probability works, happen to register as a series of sounds with specific pitches and rhythm that celebrate oxidative cellular damage and senescence.
Needless to say, some of us will be intrinsically more adept at concidentally producing air particle oscillations than others.
That being said, let's get real.
What's the chance of all that happening? One in a million?
Pretty good odds if you ask me.
Do keep me in the loop on the hypothetical plan for the non-existant birthday of this fictitious person.

First post of September.
It's me again. On my way to another TKM straight flush.
Last wednesday. Kind of bumped into may2 so we had lunch. Along came a few medicine ppl. Got to intro right? They thought she was my sister. (mei4 mei4) Haha... they didn't quite believe that was her real name.
Last Friday/Thursday (can't quite remember). Saw Kuku BaO at Buona Vista MRT. The BaO was on course at civil service college during school holidays. Shuhui's counsellor thinks he is funny. i leave it to you ppl to imagine why. (Not too hard, right?)
Just now. Stubbed my big toe during training. It's now one big black bloody mess. Looks like the nail might fall off within the next few days. Haven't had a nail drop off in years. So exciting...
By the way, this will be the 190th post on this blog. Come on ppl, almost 200.

i have just seen the most shocking sight of my life. A woman was rollerblading in her underwear at pasir ris park at 2am in the morning.
i thought i was crazy to be jogging at this hour. Someone has obviously lost her mind. Funny thing is she was probably just as shocked. Stumbled and almost fell over when she saw me.
i sincerely hope nothing unpleasant happens to her, bcos just a few hundred metres behind me a couple of drunkards were making quite a scene in the park.
Ok people, the message is this:
Don't go out at unearthly hours like this, least of all to a poorly-lit and secluded park, all alone and in your undies.
Maybe she's one of the drunkards, which would explain everything.
Pity i didn't have my glasses with me.
